Speculations suggest it might incorporate the 1.5-liter mild-hybrid powertrain from the recently introduced 5-door Jimny, offering a blend of efficiency and power.

The Jimny’s compact size implies a smaller bed, focusing on maneuverability over cargo space. Additionally, a UK-based workshop, Shropshire Quads, has been converting standard Jimnys into pickups, indicating a strong market interest for such a variant.

These modifications, including specialized rear body panels and plastic moldings, are made with parts sourced from Austria, enhancing the vehicle’s utility and appeal.
